Exquisite Art Deco inspired ring, set in 18k Yellow Gold with a .51 ctw GIA Marquise Diamond center stone, H Color and SI 2 clarity, banded by Black Enamel, and a .30 ctw halo comprised of 16 spectacular stones – 8 Marquise Diamonds (GH Color SI 1) and 8 Round Brilliant Diamonds (GH Color VS). This ring is comprised of a total of .81 ctw of Diamonds.

With its contemporary meets Art Deco feel and brilliant diamonds, this ring is a wonderful alternative to the traditional engagement ring or a lovely statement piece that stands alone.

This piece is part of the Museum Series, a multi-generational collection which reflects designer Andrew Glassford’s penchants for travel, love of Art Deco, and use of architectural elements in his creations. The inspiration for this series came from an unlike source – a hallway. In 2016, designer Andrew Glassford visited the newly opened ‘Overseas Chinese Fine Arts Museum’ in Guilin China, where he was awestruck the hallways – the ‘zoulang,’ – which connected the multiple gallery buildings around a central garden, in the traditional Siheyuan (Courtyard House) architecture. This spectacular hallway was comprised of a series of seemingly endless concentric hexagons – each hexagon framed in thick, glossy calligraphy-ink black enamel. That evening, Andrew began to sketch – big, faceted gems, framed by concentric hexagons of rich deep yellow gold and inky black lacquer, the first of his Museum Series designs.
